Terms of Service

Subject to active subscription status, MuchLogin grants operators a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our browser profiles, engines, and CDP orchestration APIs. Each tier is bound by specific profile allocation quotas, concurrency limits, and team seat counts specified in your license agreement.

The platform may only be used for lawful activities including digital marketing, brand protection, ad verification, and automation. Operators are strictly prohibited from using MuchLogin for DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, financial fraud, phishing, illicit scraping of protected consumer databases, or circumventing legal court orders.

Operators are solely responsible for safeguarding workspace login credentials, session secrets, and CDP WebSocket authorization tokens. You must immediately notify support@muchlogin.com if any unauthorized access or compromise is suspected. MuchLogin is not liable for loss resulting from compromised API tokens.

Operators supply and configure their own proxy pools (residential, mobile, or datacenter). MuchLogin facilitates local and remote socket routing but bears no responsibility for external IP reputation, blacklists, bandwidth charges, or compliance violations stemming from third-party proxy feeds.

MuchLogin is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or detection immunity against third-party bot defenses. In no event shall MuchLogin be liable for downstream platform account suspensions, loss of business revenue, or data forfeiture resulting from third-party enforcement actions.

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled via the dashboard. MuchLogin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Acceptable Use Policy with immediate effect without refund eligibility for abusive accounts.
